today sick fever
then at the noon time before i working i go see doctor

doctor said:
7DAY 7 thing i have to do

1。cant eat piquancy food
2. cant sleep late that 8 hour
3. eat more vitamin c fresh fruit like ...kiwi ..pawpaw
4. no online late ...because have to sleep early rest more
5 .cant do any exercise for this 7 day
6. cant eat any fry food
7. no cold drink and cold food


then all of you know lor
this 7 day i no life liao...
