suddenly feel so down .......can t sleep

cant sleep .... feel so down...
maybe is my selfish roomate ..
maybe is my work no doing well..
maybe too long nvm go to crazy shopping?
maybe always raining this few day !!
maybe change shift then no enough sleep?
maybe my stupid shift chef too fucker!!
maybe i have to clean my room everyday like maid!!!!!!!!
